The idea of “The Lucky Four Leaf Clover”
The focus points of the project are according to the PRINCE EU-27 programme of DG Enlargement:
- The mutual recognition of citizens of the regions and cities within the project area
- The passing on of experiences and perceptions of three EU member states on the regional and local levels
- The formulation of expectations and apprehensions of the regions and communities of the (pre-)candidate countries Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the EU
